Introduction

You've reached the official website of the 40th class of the Summer Science Program (SSP). SSP is an intense academic program focusing primarily on astronomy and physics. Other subjects include mathematics -- specifically calculus and spherical trigonometry -- and computer science. The original SSP 1998 website, used by students and staff during SSP 1998, has been transferred to this site. Its original state has been preserved as much as possible. Also visit the director's page.

 
SSP 1998 CD scrapbook

At the end of the 1998 Summer Science Program, a CD scrapbook was compiled. The CD scrapbook contains various memories from the summer of 1998, including many photographs detailing the lives of students at SSP 1998.

miscellaneous pictures

This part of the site is devoted solely to visual images relevant to SSP 1998. These images include pictures from SSP 1998 not found on the CD scrapbook, snapshots from mini-reunions, and recent mugshots of SSP 1998 students.
